Bellevue Location - Server Din Tai Fung Employee Review

CULTURE IS TERRIBLE. out of all the DTF stores, I would say Bellevue is the worst when it comes to employee to manager relationships. All employees do not respect managers and think their way of managing is petty, unreasonable & unprofessional. They are very power hungry and will treat you poorly and make you feel unappreciated and unacknowledged unless you pick up shifts constantly. In meetings they clarify that you can be a mediocre team member and not do your job well but as long as you pick up shifts, you’re a star player. Becoming a server when you are a supporting role (greeter, expo, etc.) is also difficult bc of this.
