Used to be fun and lucrative - Server/Waiter Din Tai Fung Employee Review

Work was fun at the beginning; every team member was very eager to give more than 100% for this restaurant. Management started to show their true colors and never backed up their employees. Not defend them from a guest or upper management. That's the reason really good staff did not stay that long. In order to turn tables faster, sections got smaller meaning less tips. Good for beginners in the food industry then to move on.
