Great coworkers horrible management - Barista Din Tai Fung Employee Review

For managers who make up to 6 figures they sure as hell don't know how to do their job, not catering towards employees, and only actually do their job when regionals show up, its a mentally draining place to work at, only take up this job if its a last resort. No support from management at all and FAVORITISM I CANNOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH, In all departments I see it and it's honestly so disappointing that such a big company fails to be catering towards their employees.
