Awesome server team. All the tools needed to do the job are available for you when everyone is doing their job. Fast paced and lucrative income. Guests are happy to be there. Clean restaurant.
Cons
Management doesn’t know how to treat their employees with respect. They blame their employees for everything. Stuff happens? It’s your fault. They claim we can ask them for help, but get upset when we ask them for help. They don’t trust their staff, and tend to assume their staff is lying about silly errors. You can show them who you are as a person, and they will decide that you are a completely different person if they dislike you. No space to eat for breaks, and a huge lack of empathy for real life issues. They don’t say hi and ignore you when you say hi to them. If you’re a confident/happy person, they tell you that you are not modest.
