Don’t waste your time - FOH Lead Din Tai Fung Employee Review

This location is way too big for the way DTF runs their restaurants. You will be worked to death. 20,000 steps in a 5 hour shift, I’ve done 30,000 in a 5 hour shift because they short staff us all the time. Managers play favorites. They also don’t communicate with each other. Fake af. They would ask for a double, let you work the whole shift, and then fire you right after on the spot. I am not joking. If you’re good at your job, you will be stuck in that position.
