D.T. seems to have a reactive, short-term view of customer engagement and management. Work is often chaotically and haphazardly planned, if at all. The quality if customer support is variable. While it's not uncommon to be asked to do tasks that aren't in the job description, D.T. is inclined to have you do work that isn't even related to your actual job. With an open office concept, the collective noise of co-workers can be disruptive.
