Pros
Direct Technology has been a great company to work for. I've been here a little over a year and I'm so happy I joined this company. I love working remotely and the fact that I'm not micro managed. I'm allowed to run my job the way I see fit and I'm given the trust and space I need to get my job done. The managers at Direct Technology evaluate your performance based on the work you're doing and none of the other petty things that some companies use as an evaluation tool (like sitting at a desk from 8 am - 5 pm).
Cons
The benefits are good but are at the higher cost range. They also don't offer a 401k match which is disappointing. While I love the remote environment and lack of micromanaging. . . it can be a tough environment for people who need a lot of training and support.
