Pros

Steady work, no layoffs or reduced hours.

Cons

Reservation managers are propped-up by higher management to the detriment of team success. No opportunity for advancement, small if any annual salary increase, few travel benefits, unrealistic sales goals for incentive program . Work loads are not even and managers play favorites.
