DT essentially buys up littler agencies to add to its size & decides them among existing regions. You are then on boarded into their technology slowly over a year or two period. However, they leave the newly acquired agency some wiggle room to manage locally as they did before. You kind of lose the small company touch in all the bureaucracy, but you’re often left with the same managers you had previously which isn’t always great.
