Surreal - Group Travel Specialist Direct Travel Employee Review

Too many to list. In over 30 years in travel (as an owner, operations, trainer, manager) I had never experienced the kind of mismanagement, employee abuse, unethical practices. Everyone there who is not deemed some kind of "manager type" and there were far too many inexperienced and unskilled to be as such, are miserable and unhappy. The best leave very quickly, the remainder have no problem compromising their ethics and moral compass. Worst travel position I ever held. I think back and shudder like it was a bad dream.
