Great company to work for. - Billing Associate Directed IRA & Directed Trust Employee Review

Company is fairly new (5 years approx) and already on Inc 5000 list. Job stability, lots of company outings and happy hours. Very smart leadership team which is constantly training staff and clients.

Growing too fast. High volume. Hard to be a slacker. Micromanagement (which is honestly typical in finance).

The location is nice, and the work environment is generally professional. There are also a lot of really cool people here.

Most executive stereotypes you can think of... Arrogant/unaccommodating to employees, talking down about employees/sr leadership in private conversations, taking credit for ideas they don't come up with, choosing their opinions over very obvious data, a surprising lack of business understanding outside of the industry, a very strong bias with their friends/preferred employees, etc. Best suggestion is to suck up and not challenge status quo.
