-Unlimited PTO (yes, truly - within reason, of course) -Great 401K benefits -Pretty amazing health benefits - lots of great options -Option to work remote as a Manager or after 6 months of employment -Each person gets 2 tickets to a Ducks game each season -There is an on-site office gym opening up -They provide you with a brand new Macbook to work on -Pool table in office, a great break to team build as well -There's also corn hole and ping pong -Flexible "choose your hours" work schedule, but most people are 8-5 -Cold brew, Kombucha on tap, abundance of snacks/coffee/cereal/etc. -Quarterly events like BBQs, Holiday party, beach day, etc. -Walks and breaks are encouraged to avoid burnout -Aside from these perks, Directive has done an outstanding job creating culture here. The Directors and CEO/COO really listen, they are always open to new ideas, they understand that their employees are just as, if not more, important than their clients and they genuinely care about each person's well-being. They hire incredibly friendly & talented individuals and because of that they have created an amazing group of people that authentically enjoy working together!
