Benefits ok. If it’s not for tax purposes, they will not provide this benefits anyways.

Cons

When I started working at directive I was given so much project at once that I had to work long hours (more than 40hrs per week). The projects are audits for the clients and each audit takes about 4hrs to 8hrs. Once they overworked you with the audit you will start getting real client work. They will start you off with 2-3 clients to see how you do. After 2-3 weeks they will give you clients more than you can handle and this typically 7-9 clients. They told us that we only have to spend 4-6hours/week per client. So if you do some basic math that is about 30-50 hours on client work. Keep in mind this does not include useless meetings, jumping on client calls, and other things that they don’t put into account when calculating the capacity per specialist/employee. If you are feeling overwhelmed directive will just tell you that this is ok since you are new and you’re still getting the hang of it. My coworker who has been there for 2-3 yrs did not get easier for them. If anything they are the most burnt-out employee. Senior Specialist gets more pressured from management since they get the enterprise clients. If you want to hate SEO/PPC do not work here. Directive will make you do things and make it sound like you’re doing this for your career growth but if you just stop and think directive is just brainwashing you. I have also witnessed employees break down while working in the office because of the amount of work they have to get done. I think there is not enough money that directive can pay me to stress myself to the point where I have to cry. And directive does not pay well anyways. Oh and you get raises based on the revenue you managed and the number of clients you have. So if you want good pay you will have to handle more than 9 clients and work more than 60 hrs a week to receive decent pay. On top of handling clients, the CEO has abiding demand for each employee. We have to put up with changing policies and procedures every week. And then by the time we get use to it he decides to change it again because he realized that was not a good idea. So basically he not running his company efficiently.

We got spammed by one star reviews between February-March of 2020. Glassdoor removed over 10 negative reviews with the same feedback and writing style as this during this period. Unfortunately, they would not remove them all. With this being said, we always have room to grow here at Directive and we take feedback very seriously. I would never blow off someone's review/feedback as "spam", but it's important to me that you know the truth as you are evaluating our culture. remote work is the only one

Cons

terribly disorganized no structure millions of slack messages a day as their singular form of communicating and it creates mistakes, oversight and backlogs meetings upon meetings with no outcomes everyone was running around like a chicken with head cut off i would advise against working here
