No worklife balance - Specialist Directive Employee Review

Hi there and thank you for the feedback! It's unfortunate that you didn't feel like you had any balance here at Directive, I wish we could have worked together on that. It's definitely something we are working on and with client capacity at 5 accounts on average, it's something we are aggressively pursuing. I am not sure when you worked here, but we take paying above market pretty seriously at Directive. We rolled out a comp model this quarter that allows account managers to make commission on top of their salary. It's our hope to continue to pay above market as we grow the agency.
