I don't want "unlimited PTO" to be abused. - No one is allowed to work more then 50 hours a week. We track and will work diligently with you if you are struggling with volume of work. - Salaries are designed to be exceptionally competitive. I can't disagree with your perspective and I don't know who you are, but I hate hearing that you felt underpaid. You are the heart and soul of our business and deserve to be paid for that value. - Directive will always put the quality of our work over everything. You don't have to agree with the approach, but I hope you recognize that the talented team around you and the awesome middle managers are all done in this pursuit.
