-Taking some sort of odd pride in the lack of work/life balance and chalking it up to “performance-driven culture” or “that’s just agency life”. A comment was made by the CEO that no one should work over 50 hours; I’ll call out that this does not include leaders.
-Relatively conservative leaders so if you are looking for a place of ethnic diversity and women in leadership, probably not for you. A lot of people refer to it as “the boys club”- they’re not wrong.
-Beware of the old saying “if they will talk poorly about others to you, they will talk poorly of you to others” and that starts at the top.
