Pros
I started with Directive as a part time intern and in 4 months I had been promoted to a full time strategist. I came in with little to no job experience in digital marketing but Directive's training programs along with the endless resources and support from everyone on the team quickly launched me into my first official career. Cons
Working in a remote environment as an extrovert can be hard. Wish there were more opportunities to meet other members of the Directive team in person.
