-lack of clear direction
-company is constantly in the process of *creating* company culture and process docs which means there is a lot to be desired. There are people ops teams leading these culture charges that are in my opinion totally out of touch. I personally didn’t even know what people ops did or was doing for me, and never saw any tangible benefit. If you aren’t from California you have very little chance of ever connecting with coworkers.
-huge emphasis on showing value to clients even when there is none. Branded leads are often tagged as paid search and included in that segmentation in order to make search efforts look better than they are. Saw this in 2/3 accounts
-high turnover, 25% of the people I met here as of this date have a new job.
