Layoffs/firings - a ton of people are on PIPs and that is the default for correction
CEO uses F-Bombs in company wide meetings and practices fear based management (he recently called the company "haters" in a meeting) and the internal response is, "that's just him"
Project phase - clients hate it and team hates it and it's expensive - just get to work, it's not a true value prop
It's a boys club - about 5 men make all decisions and are super out of touch (this was what the hater's comment was referencing, like come join the club or something)
