That's EXACTLY why we're investing in growing other products, including eBook distribution, book printing, and band merch, all of which are seeing rapid growth. We're also continuing to invest in training our staff to provide internal growth opportunities. Plus, while CDs and DVDs are mature, there are still plenty of people who still need (and want) them. Pros

It was good pay. They were flexible about time off, sickness, etc. to a point.

Cons

They became "corporate" and the atmosphere is cold now. Nobody sees each other because we are all WFH, which is good and bad. Sales team promises things they can't deliver, Artists are expected to churn out things quickly. Printing is okay. it just feels like you are killing your soul.
