The owner genuinely cares about his employees. As long as you do your work correctly, no one bothers you. You get holidays off, and paid vacation.

Cons

There isn't much opportunity, and not much room to grow.

Pros

It was good pay. They were flexible about time off, sickness, etc. to a point.

Cons

They became "corporate" and the atmosphere is cold now. Nobody sees each other because we are all WFH, which is good and bad. Sales team promises things they can't deliver, Artists are expected to churn out things quickly. Printing is okay. it just feels like you are killing your soul.
