Pros

People are nice, dress is business casual. Inservice training on the sales process is good if you're new at sales.

Cons

Not much promotion opportunities because everyone likes their job and stays put. Top-down decision making.

Pros

It was good pay. They were flexible about time off, sickness, etc. to a point.

Cons

They became "corporate" and the atmosphere is cold now. Nobody sees each other because we are all WFH, which is good and bad. Sales team promises things they can't deliver, Artists are expected to churn out things quickly. Printing is okay. it just feels like you are killing your soul.
