Disc Makers Response
9y
Sorry to hear this is how you feel about your 8 years at Disc Makers. We work very hard to provide a great product and service to our clients, and a great work environment (and enlightened leadership) for our team members. We're proud of what we do, and we're sure not leaving...
Tony van Veen - CEO
It was good pay. They were flexible about time off, sickness, etc. to a point.
Cons
They became "corporate" and the atmosphere is cold now. Nobody sees each other because we are all WFH, which is good and bad. Sales team promises things they can't deliver, Artists are expected to churn out things quickly. Printing is okay.
it just feels like you are killing your soul.
