Disc Makers Response

As the department where most of our new hires start, our contact center is indeed fairly structured. After all, this is the training ground for new team members, and it's where we pull from to fillother positions in the company. People who do good work usually have opportunities to move fairly quickly to other areas of the company, or to provide leadership and training in the contact center. Half of our team members are here over 10 years. I believe that that speaks volumes of the positive work environment we have here, and of ample career opportunities for individuals who would like to help musicians, authors, and filmmakers make a living doing what they're passionate about. Thanks for the feedback. Tony van Veen - CEO

Pros

It was good pay. They were flexible about time off, sickness, etc. to a point.

Cons

They became "corporate" and the atmosphere is cold now. Nobody sees each other because we are all WFH, which is good and bad. Sales team promises things they can't deliver, Artists are expected to churn out things quickly. Printing is okay. it just feels like you are killing your soul.
