Cannot believe DISCO is such an unique company!!! - Office Assistant Disco Hi-Tech America Employee Review

This place is full of innovative ideas. That is because the company promotes employees to come up with improvements. Even though it is a Japanese company, affiliate offices overseas are not Japanese at all. Most people here are local employees. I also like the atmosphere in this office. Everyone is easy going, and there is always laughter and joy in daily conversation! (I don't think this is a very easy thing to accomplish in a company) Personally, I get to work on things I want to do other than jobs written on job descriptions, and that motivates me a lot.
