Pros
Management Cares. They are great to their people and they have the resources to teach you to be very good at your job. They hold their people to a high standard but it is because the culture is big on personal accountability and growth which makes you stronger as professional so its to your benefit. The second reason is to provide an unrivaled customer experience to their clients, anyone that feels Disco made them work to hard has a poor work ethic they make you work the right amount. If you are afraid of a little hard work and becoming an expert in your field then work somewhere else. I'm telling you it's worth it though because they reward you by treating you like a member of the family instead of a replaceable object like many other companies do. I loved working at Disco and chances are you will too. I wish I never left but life happens and we had to move across the country.
Cons
High volume of travel for some Field Service Engineers. It didn't matter then, now that I have 2 children it would be a big deal now. If you want to see a lot of new places though its not bad.
