Pros
Career growth is encouraged and supported here. Management has your back, and will put you in the best possible position to succeed. Also quite refreshing to work at a company where they truly value the users and what's best for them. Fantastic job working with employees and their needs during COVID.
Cons
While diversity is actively being worked on, the higher ups could be far more diverse. They've been quite open with that though, and are actively trying to remedy that.
