Vibes are always great - while it may seem a little casual, it really lends to a feeling of intimacy within the company itself. Everyone takes their work seriously, but there's a fun and collaborative energy to it all. It really makes you feel like the people here care about you, your goals, and your overall success.
Cons
Cross-department collaboration and communication could be improved upon; at times it feels like there's not much infrastructure or systems in place when it comes to relaying information consistently. There's a bit of a "ask someone you know in this department" practice that can make things feel like a game of telephone.
