Work/Life balance is really challenging with incessant pings. This depends on your team, but frequently seeing late-night messages.
Leadership is in a state of constant flux with reorgs and updates. There's an emphasis on 'transparency' - but ultimately there is a constant state of change and lack of focus around business goals that causes havoc. Some teams are completely overworked based on the whims of leadership, and feels like there is little trust in department heads or decision makers.

I feel for leadership as this company was based around small and mighty teams and a 'debate, decide, commit' framework > but that doesn't work at scale as you grow so fast past 500 people. A lack of structure leaves a lot of people floundering and at the whims of the highest paid person's opinion.
We need to grow revenue. It feels like the company is constantly distracted by shiny objects, but ultimately we need to be making money and there isn't a clear vision right now.
