Pros
They say part time but you'll actually get close to if not full time hours, great team environment with an opportunity to move up quickly if you set your mind to it. Also the training program is great.
Cons
It gets hard sometimes, it's a physically demanding position and not for everyone. The days can be long and sometimes coworkers can get testy especially towards the newer slower workers when they feel they are picking up their slack. It's very detailed work and you have to pay the heck attention or you can mess up pretty bad. It's hot in summer and I'm sure quite cold in winter, and you WILL get dirty.
