Pros
It's a great place to work at if you like to be on your feet at all time and once you get use to being there everyone there is like another family. They actually care about you weathers you know it or not. If your looking for a job that gives the hours they'll give you the hours if you want it
Cons
The only downside about discount tire is the fact that if you don't go in starting your day well it'll suck because it's a physically and mentally demanding. At the end of the day it's fun if you make it fun.
