Pros
The pay is good. It is a satisfying job once you actually learn and master all of the tasks which can take some time. It was never a boring job.
Cons
During any shift (which can be 4-10 hours) the most I ever got was a 10 minute un-paid break. Also, the constant bullying when you're new takes some time to get used to and doesn't go away for a couple months. There is a constant pressure to push your physical limits to the point that back and feet pain was a never-ending battle.
