The ability to make good money without a degree or experience, being truly valued, open door policy with management, culture, driving cars you can’t afford, benefits, lack of intimidation during corporate visits, company events that you get paid to attend,
Cons
Constant change in the correct way to perform, buying uniforms that will be destroyed, no facial hair or visible tattoos in 2019, long work hours with 30 min break, techs seem undervalued, working with the general population can be unpredictable, 100+ phone calls daily that interrupt daily task as well get recorded and posted for the whole company to listen to freely, chaotic environment, work life balance, inconsistent hours and therefore pay.
