Pros
All promotions from within the company, strong focus on developing managerial talent from within. Hard work is rewarded and employees are given the freedom to keep customers happy.
Cons
Transfers between stores are a necessary evil, but can lead to unpleasant commutes for some. The company doesn't require a college degree for management, but if for whatever reason you have to leave the company there are only so many competitors looking for that specific skillset. Retail hours are what they are, you're going to work fairly long days and get dirty doing it a lot of the time.
