Pros
I was able to work a full 40 hour week between Monday and Thursday, while usually still being able to be home by 7 P.M . Bi-annual bonuses were also great. The work is physically demanding, so it keeps you in shape. It is also fairly easy to learn. Plenty of room for advancement, but everyone starts out as a Tire Technician. No college degree is required. I work here during college and it put plenty of money in my pocket.
Cons
Working in extreme weather can be a real bummer, but if you're prepared for it you will be fine. November-December and March-April are incredibly busy due to seasonal tire changes, expect to work really hard all day and stay a few hours late.
