Pros
Work life balance is great for full time college students. After working at discount for a year the company will reimburse some of you school tuition cost.
Cons
I think they could do a better job at training the store managers to be leaders and not just managers. The majority of discount tires employees are high school and college age guys, if discount tire had leaders who managed their stores then we would see a generation of young leaders come out of it.
