Pros
The culture is nothing to compare to something like if you were to work in retail or the food industry. The tire technicians and low end managers are always there for each other and will have each others back.
Cons
Ever since Bruce Halle passed away it has seemed the cooperate division of DTC has gone far down south. Not listening to what the backbone of the company wants and needs and hundreds of employees leaving due to being over worked with low staff and poor pay.
