Pros
One of the best reasons to work for Discount is the brotherhood. There is nothing like working a store with good Managers and technicians. The bond you'll develop with your "boys" fighting through a hard winter will be near unbreakable. Management loves to do big parties and fun training programs i.e. sit a boring class then go smoke a stogie and golf.
Cons
You do have long hard hours, particularly in winter. Pay could definitely be better. They like to some times through alot at you.
