Pros
Theyll hire pretty much any high school kid at $10/hr+... not many companies do that. Pay is good for technicians if you get OT, work hard, and aren't afraid to ask for raises. This company is better than 3 stars but not quite 4 stars.
Cons
The AM's work an unreal amount of hours for not a lot of pay. Totally necessary step if you want to move up in the company. Pay is only great for managers and up.
