      flexible scheduling, good people (usually), great job for a student, teaches value of hard work, Employee Discount, Good bonus checks, closed Sunday

      Cons

      Long hours (Part time works 39 hours/week), PT "benefits" are a joke, Corporate/Regional management seems disconnected from reality. Little work life balance, even for PT. No opportunities for merit-based (or time-based) raises. Pay does not reflect the amount of work you do, the frustrations you deal with, or the hours you work.
