Pros
Benefits are about it. They have always offered a great medical plan and a 6% 401k match.
Cons
Long work hours, some days going for 12-18 hours between receiving trucks before work and counting inventory after work. Pay has not kept up with society or the industry, except for the Managers who can easily make $200-$500k a year, sit in their office and not do what is expected of them. The culture of the entire company has shifted after Mr. Halle passed away, it is sad.
