Business Outlook
Pros
Great part time pay and if you work at a store with a good GM it can be a great place to work! Also there is some opportunity for career growth, most employees all the way up to execs did start at the entry level position.
Cons
Leadership is inconsistent and corporate is out of touch with the current state of the stores. The opportunity for growth is not plainly laid out and usually turns out to be a popularity contest. This leads to some pretty arrogant store managers and a lot of good people getting overlooked.
