      Pros

      Good work/life balance, good benefits (compared to industries outside financial), relaxed culture, nice work environment.

      Cons

      Not many chances for advancement once you reach senior. Average pay vs the same companies downtown. Lots of structure and systems to navigate, but technology lags behind on average, and delivery dates are paramount over being Agile.

      Able to work from home, good benefits

      Cons

      Very stressful. Calls would come in nonstop with no time to take breather between calls. Pay is on the low end for what we have to deal with.
