Pros
There is great opportunity to grow fast under the right management. If you don't have the right manager however, they will hold you back and prevent you from moving forward.
Cons
The work environment is depressing beyond belief. Hardly any natural lighting, with lots of unhealthy food options shoved in your face as "motivation" to work harder and better. Most employees are given two 15 minutes breaks, and one 30 minute break and these are separated throughout the day, it's hardly a break. They give out pathetic trinkets for good metrics and successfully meeting goals, which creates a preschool/kindergarten vibe as if we are all schoolchildren. Above all the environment is sad.
