      high (unreachable) expectations that don't allow you to receive monthly bonus. take about 150 calls a day

      Able to work from home, good benefits

      Cons

      Very stressful. Calls would come in nonstop with no time to take breather between calls. Pay is on the low end for what we have to deal with.
