      Pros

      PTO and Medical Benefits really are the best here!

      Cons

      Quality Dept and Scheduling Dept are GODS -- no one can fight with them and win. Management doesn't know what the right hand and left hand are doing. Wants us to be more specific with the customers but aren't specific with the employees.

      There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.
