Stable company, good benefits. Some good people in between the dead wood. Career growth if in right place.
Cons
Rotating clientele, inexperienced people making decisions at several levels. Politics occur with longer stay. Constrictive office and technology where it doesn't apply. Very inconsistent management rules and protocol.
