Pros
People are quite nice, pay is very competitive and it is an interesting sector to work in. You can tell that the very upper management team in the US is good, and the CEO gives a great impression.
Cons
Management in the UK is poor, and change is not handled very well. I don’t know whether UK based operations lack vision or just don’t communicate them clearly down the line. It feels like the management team in the UK live in a different world than the rest of us, they feel a bit disconnected. It’s telling that the US management team feels a lot more approachable...
