Pros
People are very smart, but they don't take themselves too seriously. Everyone at work has the best interest of the company at heart, and professionalism and work ethic are top notch. Furthermore, the company is extremely understanding of work / life balance, providing 25 days of paid time off (PTO). And the best part is that everyone is encouraged to use all of their PTO days. Management treats employees like adults, for instance, by trusting that everyone will not abuse the casual dress policy. Jeans day everyday makes for a comfortable and relaxed work environment.
Cons
Primarily, the location (if you want to live and work in the city). There are many reverse commuters who live in the city and use Metra to get to / from work.
