      Pros

      Amazing atmosphere good pay good benefits the coaches and teamleads would treat you like a human. The gym was nice too, full cafeteria.

      Cons

      Scheduling weekend work Hr would give out wrong information causing people to loose their jobs. Telephone work would get switched teams alot, high turnover rate

      There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.

      Its a great place to work. A little challenging with the recent changes. Tuition reimbursment, insurance paid time off. Yearly bonus.
